Pies made with Maine's summer bounty of fruit such as strawberry rhubarb pie, raspberry pie, blueberry crumb pie, apple cranberry pie or an open face fresh berry pie.
 
 
With over 30 years in the field, the choices are endless, but these are a few favorites.
 
HORS D' OEUVRES made with local Maine ingredients such as
Crostini topped with garden grown spinach, carmelized onion, and locally made goat cheese drizzled with olive oil and toasted to perfection.
 
APPETIZERS such as pan seared locally caught scallops with a sherry and tarragon cream sauce. 
 
SOUPS such as gazpacho, lobster bisque, and summer squash soup.
 
ENTREES such as Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon encrusted with dry porcini mushrooms and parmagiana cheese topped with a lemon garlic sauce,

Lamb Chops marinated in olive oil, lemon, rosemary, and garlic, grilled and served with a burgundy sauce. 
 
DESSERTS such as a lemon tart with a homemade buttery crust filled with a lemon curd filling and topped with merangue.
