Chef Barbara Guida was the owner and head chef of the Riverside Cafe in Ellsworth Maine which she founded in 1992 with her sister Beth. After 14 years, the sisters sold the popular and well-respected restaurant in 2006, and Barb established her own personal chef business.
     Prior to establishing her own restaurant in Maine, Barb was chef for 5 years at the Draughting Table located in a New Jersey resort town. 
     Barb is comfortable accomodating a few people or up to 100 guests, and can make flawless last-minute changes to the menu or number of guests. Barb welcomes special diets or special needs and can prepare in advance up to 4 weeks of meals in your kitchen, her kitchen, or her commercial kitchen.
